Thymol is a powerful antiseptic, antimicrobial,. Our body also benefits from soothing inflammation, fungi, Colds and flu symptoms, relieves persistent cough. It has beneficial effects on chronic rheumatoid arthritis.
For sore throat: add a drop of thyme essential oil to a mug of tea. Its spasmolytic properties relax the bronchial muscle and in combination with its expectorant properties make it effective against coughing.
Treat gingivitis and bad breath by dissolve 3 drops in water and gargle to reduce the odor caused by bacteria.
In the bathroom: add 10 drops of thyme essential oil to the bathtub. Its analgesic properties relieve arthritis and rheumatism.
Avoid therapeutic doses of thyme and thyme in any form during pregnancy because the herb is a uterine stimulant. Thyme can irritate the mucous membranes. For this reason always dilute it well.
Avoid eye contact.
They should never been used insoluble or on sensitive skin or skin prone to allergies.
Stop immediately the use if skin appears sensitivity.
Do not use on irritated skin or scratches. Only for external use.
Do not use them for indoors unless you have consulted a physician, pharmacist or an experienced aroma therapist.

Some essential oils are unsuitable if you have children under 12 years old.
Avoid exposure to the sun after using citrus essential oils.
