phanus: In Greek mythology, Phanus (Ancient Greek: Phanos means "light, bright, torch") was one of the Argonauts and the son of Dionysus and probably Ariadne of Crete. He was the brother of Staphylos, another of the Argo crew. Fanos other brothers were Alloti, king of Lemnos and Oinopion, king of Chios.
